We are delighted to announce that Mrs Akoua Aude-Mélissa KOKOH Epse Teguin is the 1st doctoral student from LAFMAAL at INP-HB who successfully defended her thesis on October 5, 2023, entitled “Elaboration and nutritional and sensory characterization of breads based on composite yam and wheat flour fortified with moringa”.
