January 21st, 2023 marked the beginning of the second round of the mentoring programme between LAFMAAL and Femtec.Alumnae. The Kick-Off Meeting took place online via MS Teams and was attended by the new cohort of mentees from the LAFMAAL Foundation and mentors from Femtec.Alumnae. The programme is coordinated and facilitated by a team of three young women: Dr. Mariam Muwanga (LAFMAAL) and Nina Frei and Anika Vogel (Femtec). The online event was a great success as it facilitated interaction, networking and exchange between and among the new tandems. We wish all the mentees and mentors a productive and successful year of learning from each other.
